Orders are processed during normal business hours. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing on business days before your order ships.
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method you select at checkout and your location. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Yes. Orders of $150 or more qualify for free shipping.
Yes, PO Box orders ship via USPS. Expedited shipping is not available for PO Box addresses.

Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date so we can help. Please note that once a carrier marks a package as delivered, we are limited in what we can do, but we'll work with you to file a carrier claim.
We accept returns on most products within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unopened, returned in their original packaging. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to your original form of payment.
You're responsible for return shipping costs. We don't provide prepaid return labels, and we're not responsible for packages lost in transit due to USPS, FedEx, or UPS error.

Please contact Opensource Beauty via the contact form with your order number as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, we're unable to reroute or stop delivery, at which point, it would be considered a return.
Absolutely. Every subscription is flexible. You can skip a shipment, reschedule your next delivery, or cancel at any time from your customer account. Our default delivery interval is every three months, but you're always in control.
