Shipping Policy

Orders are processed during normal business hours. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing during business days. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service or FedEx, based on customer selection.

Free shipping on all orders $150 and above.

Address accuracy

To ensure your package is delivered properly and within the timeframes we advertise, make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information, including apartment or suite numbers and route details where applicable. Opensource Beauty is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or misdelivered shipments resulting from incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Shipping rates and timelines

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected carrier and delivery speed. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected, and are separate from order processing time.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse delivery of a shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

PO Boxes

We ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Expedited shipping is not available for PO Box addresses.

International orders

We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

Lost or missing packages

If your package is lost or missing, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a reship or store credit. Opensource Beauty does not assume responsibility for packages reported as "delivered" by the carrier and will review such cases individually.

Delivery claims

We'll assist you in working with the carrier to file a claim. Claims can take up to 30 days to resolve, depending on the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages the carrier confirms as delivered.

Out of stock items

If your order includes an item that's out of stock, we'll ship the remaining items and refund the out-of-stock item to your original payment method.

Reserved rights

Opensource Beauty reserves the right to require a verified shipping and billing address when an order cannot be processed or an address cannot be confirmed. We also reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel orders, or restrict returns, in cases involving excessive or irregular return activity, damaged or altered returned items, or suspected fraudulent activity.
