Refund Policy

We accept returns on most full-sized products within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• Products must be unopened

• Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable

• Returns must be in original packaging

All refunds must be issued to the original form of payment.

Opensource Beauty does not issue return postage or labels; the customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees. Neither are we responsible for packages lost in transit due to the actions of the US Postal Service, FedEX, or UPS.

Cancelling an order:

• If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to info@opensourcebeauty.net with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped from our facility, we are unable to re-route your package or prevent delivery.
